High-temperature steam sterilization (moist heat sterilization) utilizes high-temperature saturated steam as the working medium. Under high temperature and humidity, pathogenic microorganisms undergo irreversible denaturation and coagulation of proteins and enzymes, leading to their death. This process reaches deep into the interior of the items, releasing latent heat to rapidly raise temperatures and effectively kill all microorganisms, including bacterial spores.

Process Flow

1. Feeding: Medical waste is poured into specialized carts via a feeding machine and transported into the sterilizer. The dual-door system ensures personal and equipment safety by preventing simultaneous opening.

2. Sterilization: The PLC system automatically runs the sterilization program. Steam valves adjust based on real-time temperature to maintain intensity while preventing waste. After sterilization, the system moves to post-vacuum drying.
3. Discharge: The rear door opens, pushing the cart out to an unloading machine where waste is transferred to a crusher.
