SD1 Dry Chemistry Analyzer
The SD1 is a fully automated chemistry analyzer designed for on-site testing. It provides faster, easier, and more accurate medical diagnosis using just 0.1cc of whole blood, serum, or plasma. Featuring a built-in centrifuge, QR code scanning, and real-time quality control, the system delivers printed results automatically in just 12 minutes.
Utilizing cutting-edge technologies like cloud-based systems and Internet+ medicine, the SD1 assists operators in determining results remotely. It also includes online fault diagnosis to monitor the instrument's working status in real-time, ensuring reliable performance for primary care settings.
Approximately 100uL of sample is added to the test disc. The disc is transported to its working position where a bar secures it and diluent is released.
High-speed motor rotation utilizes centrifugal force to separate the sample into plasma and blood cells within the disc.
Siphoning and centrifugal forces guide the sample and diluent into the mixing chamber, using alternating acceleration for a homogenous mix.
The diluted sample is distributed into colorimetric chambers containing specific biochemical reagents.
Chemical reactions generate colors detected by constant light source technology (halogen lamp), ensuring high stability and accuracy.
